HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery is £3.95 for orders under £50 and free for orders over £50. Delivery is usually 1–2 working days from dispatch. Buying multiple boxes in separate orders may incur additional delivery costs. One order can only be sent to one address.

WHEN DO YOU DISPATCH ITEMS?

Orders placed before 9:00am Monday to Wednesday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day. For Friday and weekend delivery options, please order before 12:00pm on Thursday. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed unless specifically selected.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver to most of mainland UK. For Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or other remote locations, please contact us at hello@mixtons.com for delivery options and pricing.

HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your delivery date and a link to track your parcel. On the day of delivery, you will receive a time slot and options to reschedule or add delivery instructions. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and no further instructions are provided, the parcel may be returned. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.
